When is Embrace open?

Our hours of operation are: Monday: 10-4 | Tuesday: 9-8 | Wednesday: 9-9 | Thursday: 9-9 | Friday: 9-5 | Saturday: 9-5 | Sunday: closed
How do I make an appointment?

Spa reservations can be made by calling us at 902.445.5155 or in person at our Bedford, Nova Scotia location at 827 Bedford Hwy. Appointments are subject to availability and we’ll do our best to book your treatment for the time that is most convenient to you. We recommend scheduling appointments at least two weeks in advance.
What if I cannot make the appointment?

Things come up and life can throw us in many directions. We are here to understand that. Please try to give us as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment and we will re-book you for a more convenient time. Please note if appointments are not kept on a regular basis our 24 hour cancellation charge of 50% will apply.
What should I wear?

Your complete enjoyment and relaxation is our goal so please wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. You can be sure that our therapists will always use draping techniques to respect your privacy.
Is there a limit to the number of spa treatments I should plan in one day?

Treatments are personalized to your unique needs. You are welcome to talk with one of our Spa Professionals and they’ll assist you with a personal health assessment in order to plan your treatments in the best possible order.
What if I have special health considerations?

Let our team of Spa Professionals know what limitations you may have and we’ll work our hardest to provide a safe and relaxing environment.
